-Outside seems to be okay, thats what you see
but if you would just feel the storm inside me!

But I know, this is what I have to feel, pain
Go through this, to get there, to gain...

Try to calm this storm, have some fun:
let some pressure out, I mean, have a nice run!
Do some sports, good sweat work out,
dont forget this exercise:Bodyweight I shout!!!
